Device condition guide
The condition (grade) comes directly from the supplier's inspection of each unit — it isn't our own guess. We use the same label on the product card and in the filters, so you always know exactly what you're buying.
Brand New — Brand new deviceA brand new device, or as close to new as possible.
Zánovní — Like new1–2 minimal marks allowed, nearly invisible in everyday use.
A+ — Flawless conditionMinimal signs of use.
A — Excellent conditionThe device looks well-kept.
B — Good conditionMore noticeable signs of use, but fully functional.
D — Heavy wearNoticeable cosmetic flaws, but the device can be functional.
E — Very heavy wearSignificant flaws. Please read the description carefully.
Swap — Service swap — like newAn unused unit from the manufacturer service-swap programme. Practically new, fully functional.
What is "VAT Margin"?
The badge next to the price means the item is sold under the VAT margin scheme for second-hand goods — a standard, legal arrangement for refurbished electronics. The price is final; VAT is not itemised separately on the invoice.
Testing before sale
Every device is checked for the function of key components (display, battery, camera, connectivity, buttons) and a cosmetic condition matching the stated grade. Any noted deviations are listed directly in that specific variant’s product description.
